In section 6(2)(b) of the M1Family Law Reform Act 1969 (which empowers the High Court to make an order requiring parents of a ward of court to make periodical payments towards the maintenance and education of the ward) after the words “the ward” there shall be inserted the words “ or to the ward ”.
