E1Pt. VI applies to Scotland only to the extent specified in s. 48
At the end of the Table in section 9(1) of the M1[F1Senior Courts Act 1981](under which certain persons may be requested to act as judges in specified courts) there shall be added— “ 6. A Recorder. The High Court. ”.
