6U.K.In the application of this Schedule to Scotland—
(a)for [F1the reference in paragraph 1(1)] to a [F2local authority] substitute a reference to an education authority;

(b)subparagraph (1) of paragraph 2, subparagraph (1) of paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 do not apply, and it is the duty of the proper officer of [F5every local authority] to prepare and keep for each constituency wholly situated in the area of the council and for each part so situated of any other constituency—
(i)a list of rooms in school premises, and
(ii)a list of meeting rooms,
which candidates in the constituency are entitled to use.
