In section 10(3) of the M1Colonial Prisoners Removal Act 1884 for the words “section seventy-one of the Mental Health Act 1959”, “section seventy-two” and “section seventy-four” there shall be substituted respectively the words “ section 46 of the Mental Health Act 1983 ”, “ section 47 ”and “ section 49 ”.
