30U.K.The repeal by the Mental Health Act 1959 of the provisions of the M1Lunacy Act 1890 and of the M2Mental Deficiency Act 1913 relating to the superannuation of officers or employees shall not affect any arrangements for the payment of allowances or other benefits made in accordance with those provisions and in force on 1st November 1960.
