It shall be the duty of [F2every Primary Care Trust and of] every [F3Local Health Board] to give notice to every local social services authority for an area wholly or partly comprised within the [F4area of the Primary Care Trust or [F3Local Health Board]] specifying the hospital or hospitals administered by [F5or otherwise available [F6Primary Care Trust or][F7to the [F3Local Health Board]]] in which arrangements are from time to time in force
[F8(a)for the reception of patients in cases of special urgency;
(b)for the provision of accommodation or facilities designed so as to be specially suitable for patients who have not attained the age of 18 years.]
