140 [F1 Notification of hospitals having arrangements for special cases.] E+W

It shall be the duty of [F2 every clinical commissioning group and of] F3 ... every [F4 Local Health Board] to give notice to every local social services authority for an area wholly or partly comprised within the [F5 area of the [F6 clinical commissioning group or] F7 ... [F4 Local Health Board]] specifying the hospital or hospitals administered by [F8 or otherwise available [F9 to the [F10 clinical commissioning group or] F11 ... [F4 Local Health Board]]] in which arrangements are from time to time in force

[F12 (a) for the reception of patients in cases of special urgency;

(b) for the provision of accommodation or facilities designed so as to be specially suitable for patients who have not attained the age of 18 years.]
