It shall be the duty of [F2every clinical commissioning group and of] F3... every [F4Local Health Board] to give notice to every local social services authority for an area wholly or partly comprised within the [F5area of the [F6clinical commissioning group or] F7... [F4Local Health Board]] specifying the hospital or hospitals administered by [F8or otherwise available [F9to the [F10clinical commissioning group or] F11... [F4Local Health Board]]] in which arrangements are from time to time in force
[F12(a)for the reception of patients in cases of special urgency;
(b)for the provision of accommodation or facilities designed so as to be specially suitable for patients who have not attained the age of 18 years.]
