Any power of the Secretary of State or the Lord Chancellor to make regulations, orders or rules under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

Any Order in Council under this Act F1or any ordermade under section 54A F2or 65aboveand any statutory instrument containing regulations or rules made under this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

No order shall be made under section F345A(10),68(4) or 71(3) above unless a draft of it has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
