5 Short title, commencement and extent. E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Licensing (Occasional Permissions) Act 1983.

(2) This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of three months beginning with the day on which it is passed.

(3) This Act shall extend to England and Wales only.
