38 Short title and extent.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Energy Act 1983.
(2)
The following provisions of this Act, namely—
(a)
Part I (except paragraph 11 of Schedule 2), and
(b)
Part I of Schedule 4,
do not extend to Northern Ireland; but otherwise this Act does extend there.
