There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Agricultural Marketing Act 1983 (repealed), Section 9.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Marketing Act 1983.
(2)Subject to paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to this Act, the enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act (which include spent provisions) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(3)This Act shall come into force on such day as the Ministers may by order made by statutory instrument appoint and different days may be appointed for different purposes.
(4)This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
