12 Amendments of National Health Service Act 1977. E+W+S

Schedule 5 to this Act shall have effect.

13 Repeal of provisions about designation and membership of teaching authorities. E+W+S

Section 9 of the M1 National Health Service Act 1977 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to that Act (which respectively provide for the designation of certain health authorities as teaching authorities and for the membership of authorities so designated) are repealed.
