(1)
Section 13 of the 1979 Act (effect of guardianship) shall be amended as follows.
(2)
In subsections (1) and (2) after " Secretary of State " there shall be inserted " and the Commission ".
(3)
In subsections (3), (4) and (5) after " Secretary of State " there shall be inserted " or the Commission ".
