11(1)In section 1(3) of the [1909 c. 30.] Cinematograph Act 1909 (provision against cinematograph exhibition except in licensed premises) for the words from " distributed " to the end there shall be substituted the words " programmes included in a cable programme service which is, or does not require to be, licensed under Part IV of the Telecommunications Act 1984 ".
