65In section 41(1)(a) of the [1976 c. 34.] Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (disclosure of information), after the words " the Director," there shall be inserted the words " the Director General of Telecommunications, " and after the words " the [1980 c. 21.] Competition Act 1980 " there shall be inserted the words " or the Telecommunications Act 1984 ".
