Telecommunications Act 1984

[F1 81 U.K. In section 3 of the Broadcasting Act 1981 (powers of the IBA)—

(a) in subsection (1)(c), for the words “British Telecommunications” there shall be substituted the words “ operators of telecommunications code systems ”; and

(b) in subsection (7), for the words “section 15 of the M1 British Telecommunications Act 1981” there shall be substituted the words “ section 7 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 ”.]
