In section 48(7)(b) of the M1Civil Aviation Act 1982 (by virtue of which British Telecommunications is deemed to be an electricity undertaker for the purposes of a provision requiring notice to be given of proposals to stop up or divert a highway), for the words " British Telecommunications " there shall be substituted the words " the operator of a telecommunications code system ".
