Part II U.K. Provisions and Savings Coming into Force on Transfer Date

[F1 An order made under section 9(1) of this Act which designates any telecommunication system or systems run by British Telecommunications and is effective on the transfer date shall have effect as if it designated the corresponding telecommunication system or systems run by the successor company.]
