104 Orders and schemes.U.K.
(1)Any power of the Secretary of State to make an order or a scheme under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject, except in the case of an order under section 2 [F127L], 60(1) or (3), 69(2) or 110(5), or paragraph 1 of Schedule 5, to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(2)Any order or scheme under this Act may make different provision with respect to different cases or descriptions of case.
(3)This section does not apply to the power of the Secretary of State to make vesting orders under section 36 above.
