(1)Any power of the Secretary of State to make an order or a scheme under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject, except in the case of an order under section F1. . . 110(5), F1. . . to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
[F2(1A)Section 403 of the Communications Act 2003 (procedure for regulations and orders made by OFCOM) applies to every power of OFCOM to make an order under a provision of this Act.
