78Amendments and repeals
Subject to section 77 above—
a
the Acts specified in Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule, and
b
the Acts specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
