A person guilty of an offence under section 17(6) above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of an amount not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.

A person guilty of an offence under section 35(5) or (6) above shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale, or to both such imprisonment and fine.
