(b)

(c)

for “sections 84A, 84B, 84C, 84D and 85 of” substitute “ section 112 of and Parts I, II, III and IV of Schedule 9 to ”;

(d)

for “the said section 31”, wherever it occurs, substitute “ the said section 35 ”;

(e)

in paragraph (b), for “section 84D” substitute “ Part IV of Schedule 9 ”; and

(f)
