[F1 14A (1) This paragraph applies where a strategic highways company proposes, other than further to a direction under paragraph 2, to include provision mentioned in paragraph 13(1)(b) or (c) to (f) in an order made by it under sections 1, 6, 9, 83(2) or 84. E+W+S
