8 Contravention of order under s. 6.E+W+S
(1)Any person who acts in contravention of, or fails to comply with, an order under section 6 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence.
[F1(1A)Subsection (1) above does not apply in relation to any order under section 6 of this Act so far as it designates any parking places.]
