In section 39(1)(b)(ii) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (certain special cases excepted from the general increase of fines under section 38 of that Act), the reference to section 12(1) of the M1London Transport Act 1977 shall be read as including section 12(1) as extended by Part II of this Schedule.
