In section 15(5) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1970 (exemption from requirement of a licence to erect scaffolding), for the words “or the London Transport Executive” there shall be substituted the words “London Regional Transport or any subsidiary of London Regional Transport (within the meaning of the London Regional Transport Act 1984)”.
