86 Regulations for purposes of Part VII.S
Section 58 of this Act shall have effect as if references therein to Part V of this Act included references to this Part of this Act and to Part VI of the M1Mental Health Act 1983, so far as the said Parts apply to patients removed to Scotland thereunder.
