8 Interpretation.
(1)
In this Act—
“the 1980 Act” means the M1Highways Act 1980; and
“motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle within the meaning of F1the Road Traffic Act 1988.
(2)
Except where the context otherwise requires, any expression used in this Act which is also used in the 1980 Act has the same meaning as in that Act.
