Cycle Tracks Act 1984 (c. 38)

8 Interpretation. E+W

(1) In this Act—

• “the 1980 Act” means the M1 Highways Act 1980; and

• “motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle within the meaning of [F1 the Road Traffic Act 1988].

(2) Except where the context otherwise requires, any expression used in this Act which is also used in the 1980 Act has the same meaning as in that Act.
