Magistrates' courts' domestic jurisdiction

44 Domestic proceedings in magistrates' courts to include applications to alter maintenance agreements

In section 65(1) of the [1980 c. 43.] Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (which defines what proceedings are domestic proceedings) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(ee) section 35 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 ;”.
