7 Short title, commencement and extent.S
(1)This Act may be cited as the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1984.
(2)This Act shall come into force at the end of a period of 2 months beginning with the date on which it is passed.
(3)This Act extends to Scotland only.
