SCHEDULE 4 Provisions of 1981 Act Applied By Section 44(1)

In section 2(2), so much of paragraph (a) as relates to the provision by the IBA of broadcasting services as a public service for disseminating information and entertainment and so much of paragraph (b) as relates to the maintenance by the programmes broadcast by the IBA of a high general standard in all respects (and in particular in respect of their content and quality).
