26In section 5(3) of the Rating and Valuation (Apportionment) Act 1928 (interpretation), in the definition of “light railway”, for the words “a public carriageway” there shall be substituted the words “the carriageway of a public road (within the meaning of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984)”.
