Without prejudice to the power to make building regulations, the repeal of section 70(1) of the M1Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and the re-enactment in this Act of that subsection down to “Wales ”, do not of themselves cause any building regulations to apply to inner London that were prevented by that subsection from so applying.
