Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (c. 77) U.K.

30 U.K. In section 6(2) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (constables below rank of assistant chief constable) for the words “an assistant chief constable or a constable holding the office of deputy chief constable” there shall be substituted the words “a deputy chief constable or an assistant chief constable”.
