6 Repeal of s. 9 of Harbours Act 1964. E+W+S

(1) Section 9 of the M1 Harbours Act 1964 (control of harbour development) shall cease to have effect.

(2) The enactments mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
