2 Short title, interpretation and extent. E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Charter Trustees Act 1985.

(2) In this Act, “the Act of 1972” means the M1 Local Government Act 1972.

(3) This Act does not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
