In Part III of Schedule 1 to the M1House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices) there shall be inserted at the appropriate place in alphabetical order—

• “Any member of a residuary body established by Part VII of the Local Government Act 1985 who is in receipt of remuneration”.
