47U.K.In section 1(4) of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970, in the definition of “local authority”, after the words “combined authority” there shall be inserted the words “the Inner London Education Authority and any joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985”.
