1In section 73(1) of the London Government Act 1963 for the words before paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the words " Any of the London borough councils and the Common Council may, for the purpose of giving publicity to the amenities and advantages of their respective areas—" , and in paragraph (d) for the words " Greater London " there shall be substituted the words " their respective areas" .
