1The land in respect of which a metropolitan district council, London borough council or the Common Council may make bye-laws under section 41 of the [1968 c. 41.] Countryside Act 1968 shall include any land in the area of the council in respect of which byelaws have been, or could have been, made under that section before the abolition date by a metropolitan county council or the Greater London Council.
