4(1)In sections 17 and 18 of the M1Cinemas Act 1985 for the words “the Greater London Council” and “the Council”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted respectively the words “a local authority in Greater London” and “the authority”.U.K.
(2)In section 21(1) of that Act, in the definition of “local authority”, for the words “the Greater London Council” there shall be substituted the words “a London borough council, the Common Council of the City of London”.
