PART III Gaming Machine Licence Duty

Chapter	Short Title	Extent of Repeal
1. The repeals in the Miscellaneous Transferred Excise Duties Act (Northern Ireland) 1972, the Finance Act 1980 and the Finance Act 1982 have effect from 1st October 1985. 2. The repeals in the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 do not affect licences granted for periods beginning before 1st October 1985.
