26(1)Any member of the company or other person may require a copy of the register, or of any part of it, on payment of [F110 pence, or such less sum as the company may prescribe, for every 100 words or fractional part of 100 words required to be copied][F1such fee as may be prescribed].

(2)The company shall cause any copy so required by a person to be sent to him within the period of 10 days beginning with the day after that on which the requirement is received by the company.
