(c)the Estate Agents Act 1979;
(d)the Competition Act 1980;
(e)the Competition Act 1998;
(f)the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
(g)the Enterprise Act 2002;
(h)the Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations 1988 (S.I. 1988/915);
(i)the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 (S.I. 1999/2083).
