(a) this Act;

(b) the insider dealing legislation;

(c) the Insolvency Act 1986;

(d) the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986;

(e) Part 2, 3 or 7 of the Companies Act 1989;

(f) the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
