A small company need not give the information required by paragraph 1(3) (breakdown of aggregate amount of directors’ emoluments), paragraphs 2 to 5 (details of chairman’s and directors’ emoluments) or paragraph 7 (pensions of directors and past directors) of Schedule 6.
