116 Application of ss. 99 ff to special cases.
Except as provided by section 9 of the Consequential Provisions Act (transitional cases dealt with by section 31 of the M1Companies Act 1980), sections 99, 101 to 103, 106, 108 F1, 110, 111 and 112 to 115 apply—
a
to a company which has passed and not revoked a resolution to be re-registered under section 43 as a public company, and
b
to a joint stock company which has passed, and not revoked, a resolution that the company be a public company,
as those sections apply to a public company.
