56 Interpretation of Part IV.

In this Part—

  • “action” means any civil proceedings commenced by writ or in any other manner prescribed by rules of court;

  • “judgment” includes an order;

  • “will” includes a nuncupative will and any testamentary document of which probate may be granted.
